July’s food preservation workshop is Canning Vegetables. Leslie Bertsch, MU Extensions Nutrition and Health Education Specialist, will be teaching participants how to safely can seasonal vegetables using a pressure canner. The class is Wednesday, July 24th at 6:30 pm.
