Special Guests: you’ve come to the right place!
We hope you are staying safe and well! We know that the pandemic has continued to complicate so many parts of our everyday lives but we want you to know we are thinking about you and praying for you! Our team is beyond excited to celebrate YOU at Night to Shine 2022! We wanted to share an important and special message from Tim Tebow about Night to Shine on Friday, February 11 2022 with you, and you’ll find that below.
Your health and safety is so incredibly important to us and we would never want to put you at risk of getting sick. With that being said, Night to Shine 2022 will be an amazing Shine Thru Parade and Virtual Celebration. As you may have seen from NTS 2021, a Shine Thru Parade is a drive thru version of Night to Shine! You will get to drive down the red carpet, enjoy music, opportunities to have your picture taken, beautiful decorations, special guests and more.
We are planning 2 Shine Thru Parades on February 6, 2022 from 2-4 PM. (This gives us a chance to reschedule should poor weather descend on us.) We are fortunate enough to utilize the DeSoto Farmers’ Market Pavilion in DeSoto and the Mapaville Fire Protection District House in Festus for our Shine Thru Parades.
Following the Shine-Thru Parade, you will have everything you need for Night to Shine on February 11, 2022. You’ll be able to join other honored guests around the world for an unforgettable Night to Shine Virtual Celebration. As you watch, you’ll enjoy a virtual walk down the red carpet, karaoke, dancing, special guests and of course, a crowning ceremony where you will be crowned as a king or queen of the prom! We will provide you with a link to the Virtual Celebration as we get closer to Night to Shine so that you are ready to celebrate.
Please know that this decision was not made lightly and has come through extensive prayer, discussions, counsel-seeking, and conversations with families and medical professionals. Though nothing can take the place of spending time with you fully in-person, we are so excited that we are still able to celebrate you for the 2022 Night to Shine. We can’t wait to see you at a Shine Thru Parade and for you to continue the party at home with the Virtual Celebration!
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let us know!
