Here’s one step you can take to deepen your faith

Prayer takes many forms. You might be praising God, praying for others, offering prayers of gratitude, prayers of lament, or desperate pleas for healing. At its simplest, prayer is interacting with God.

We don’t always know how to do that though. Use the guide below to walk you and your family or friends through a lesson on prayer. There are three main types of prayers covered, so you might pick one each day over the weekend. You also might sit down and go through all of it together and determine if there is a type of prayer that you’d like to focus on each week over the span of several weeks. How you structure it is up to you, and you can always modify mid-stream if the situation requires it. The idea isn’t that you structure it perfectly, but that you learn some new skills and become a better disciple.

Goodspeed!
