Announcing updated volunteer forms for Night to Shine

Forms are here…

Some of them anyway!

In anticipation of Night to Shine on February 10, 2023, we are beginning to accept forms for volunteers. (We’ll have the guests forms ready in the next few weeks too!)

As forms are approved to be released, we will include a link here. How do you know which one is for you? Glad you asked.

  • If you are a high school student ages 14-18, you should complete the Student Volunteer Form, which must be initialed and signed by a parent or guardian. This form is 2 pages, and we must have both for you to participate as a volunteer.
  • If you are an adult interested in volunteering, you should complete the regular Volunteer Form. Please keep in mind that registering as an adult volunteer requires a background screening. We cover the cost of the screening, but additional documentation will likely be required. Someone will usually contact you by phone or email about additional information needed.

A note about the background screening for adults: we use the Family Care Safety Registry to screen our volunteers. A question on the form asks if you are already a part of the Family Care Safety Registry. If you are unsure, you can find out here.
