Worship

In this four-week series, elementary students will learn how to worship God honestly, with their whole heart, for who He truly is. Worship is an expression of the relationship you have with your Creator through Jesus Christ. When your spirit is renewed at salvation by the Holy Spirit and you begin to understand the truth of how great God is, how small you are, and that you’re actually forgiven and friends with Him, your heart can’t help but worship God. Worship is a genuine expression of the love, admiration, and respect you feel in your heart towards God. Live a life of worship that puts God first in every situation, and check yourself to see when you may be getting distracted or losing your focus on God as the only recipient of your worship.

True Worship

Week 4

Today’s point is: I’ll worship God with all my heart. Look for it as we check in on the Konnect HQ crew!

At Konnect HQ, they found ways to worship God
very, very quietly—and very, very loudly! Either
way, if it’s honest and from your heart, it’s worship!

Pray this: God, we are thankful we can worship You anytime, anywhere, in everything we do. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Week 3

Let’s see which Konnect HQ crew member squeezes the most into their free time to make it count!

I think Mike may have squeezed the most into this free time—but putting God first in your free time keeps other things from crowding Him out. Worship God only and put Him first—then everything else falls in line!

Pray this: God, You’re the best. You’re more important than anything else. Please help us put You first and worship You only. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

When should I worship God?

Week 2

I can worship God all the time. Now, I’m not sure watches should talk—but it looks like some of them can at Konnect Headquarters. Let’s watch and see what that’s all about!

Wow—those watches got a little out of hand! Better watch out for talking watches! That was silly, but seriously…they were a great reminder to worship God all the time.

Pray this: God, thank You for being with us all the time. Please help us worship You every minute of every day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Week 1

Whoa. There are a lot of reasons to worship God—and a lot of ways to do it! It’s not all singing and dancing! You can worship God by caring for hte things He created.

Pray this: God, thanks for creating this amazing world we live in—and for creating us. We worship You for that. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
